Non personalised items  

Returns are accepted within 14 days.

Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.  A replacement will be sent out or item of equivalent value, as required.   If a refund is required, a handling charge of 10% will be deducted from refund.  

return postage will be covered if wrong item is sent or item is faulty ie. the item is not fit for purpose. 

If you have a problem with an item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We do lots of offers and free item incentives, if your item is returned when a free gift was included - the refund will be the cost of the item returned minus the cost of the free item sent with the order.   

Im afraid personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or there is an error in the personalisation - so please be sure on sizing before ordering.
