TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We accept returns within 14 days from sale date.  Items must be returned in unworn condition and in original packaging, we will then process return request and initiate refund.  Please email raptorequine@hotmail.com

Returned items can be swapped for an alternative item to the same value.  We do not cover postage costs to return your items. 

items returned for a refund will incur a 10% handling charge. 

Any faulty items to be acknowledged and returned within 4 weeks

 If your order is lost in transit, we will replace the items or offer a credit note.  No refunds are given to items lost in the post. 

customs charges are out of our control, unfortunately.

Please note - we do regular free gifts with purchases.  In this instance - We can exchange your item to the same value if you decide you no longer want it or If an item is returned (which has been ordered with a free gift incentive), you have 2 options - return the free gift also or the amount of the free gift will be deducted from the refund once item has been received back.
